Features & Press

How nice are all these people to collaborate with me or feature G&G?

Gucci Womenswear F/W 2011 Livestream
February 2011 | Selected for livestream collaboration

I was one of only seven bloggers invited by Gucci to stream the Fall/Winter 2011 show live from Milan on my blog on February 23, 2011. I also live tweeted during the show with fellow livestream hosts/bloggers Tony Wang of post.fashionism, and Lee Oliveira of LeeOliveira.com.

Gucci also provided me with first shots of the collection to share with my readers immediately after the show.

Midnight in a Perfect World: Le suivre vendredi – Grit and Glamour | October 2010
“I first came upon Mme Georgoulakos on IFB… or was it Profresh Style… je ne sais pas. Anyway, what got my attention was her post about the lack of equality among the social networking sites devoted to fashion, specifically who “moved up in the ranks,” as it were. This in turn resulted in not one but two of the sites’ founders responding to her. I knew then that I had to have her here.”

HA! Thank you Bella. I suppose as a professional writer, it’s just “in” me to look at everything like a piece for my portfolio! And thank you again for recognizing me as you have. I am so very flattered!
