    1. Ha! Mr. Label…so cool of you to leave me a little note! You are so lucky to be on that list…and lucky I’m in the U.S. so that when you do have get your bag, I can’t grab it!

I hope Lee will shoot more photos of you so I can see what kind of fabulousness you’re sporting!

  4. Hey V,
Just discovered your blog via Independent Fashion Bloggers and wow its def a new daily read! Love your style and honest approach to blogging. I am new to the blogging world and tried doing the fashion show posts and got no where and took me a while to realise that the personal approach works better. Your honest thoughts on things is really refreshing as quite a few blogs that I have hopped along jsut seem really fake and I am not into that. Loved your approach to work wardrobe, The G&G Office Wear Strategy, I am going to start dressing for the job I want rather than the one I currently have.
Got to say A Wedge and a Prayer was hilarious!! I did the same type of thing! I was on a night out in SUPER high ahrd to walk in heels and lasted the whole night BUT at the end of the night once I put on my flats after the club I then off balanced off the curb and twisted my ankle πŸ™‚
Really am impressed with your layout and simple design of your blog, its easy to navigate and its design makes it easy to read as well

    1. Amie, thank you so very much for your sweet comment and for sharing your story. Isn’t it crazy how we can navigate in heels but stack it in flats?! No logic there.

I’m glad you found G&G to your liking. I truly appreciate the time you took to share your thoughts with me…over to check you out now!

  6. Hey V!

Okay, so ashamedly…I have JUST visited your blog for the first time. I am good friends with bloggers like Erika from style activist and Marissa from Taste & Style Files. And I hear them tweet and chat about your blog all the time. And I keep going YES! I have to get over there…but I am so bogged down with college (procrastinating my last final study-sess right now) and work (I am a freelancer) that I have not done so. And FINALLY I saw your tweet of your new post and was like, THE TIME IS NOW. And now I can’t leave your amazing blog, my dear! You have incredible style, and your posts are super-inspirational. Your 12 days blog? SO referring to that for the new year. And I loved the post about mixed prints. Girl, you have an awesome blog! I didn’t know what I was missing. Keep up the great work and keep being your lovely self! You’re a total original. Love it!!! :] :]

  9. I feel kind of like a blog stalker….I just stumbled upon your blog the a few days ago, and inbetween work and classes I managed to read through the entire archive. I think I’m in love πŸ™‚ You humor, wit, and voice are inspiring and I’m loving the way you put together your looks without being overly done. You perspectives on life, love, and fashion have made for a great read and I can’t wait to see what’s coming up.

I relish every spare and rare moment I have to surf around on the web/blogs for my amusement. I am so happy to have stumbled upon Grit & Glamour! It’s like my own little special treat that I can curl up to with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. Big huge YAY for me and my find πŸ™‚
