I’m what you might expect, and then not. New Yorker moxie meets Southern hospitality. Northern-born, Southern-bred, from a line of unconquered Greeks I am.
Once bitten, twice brazen; fashion-obsessed and opinionated. I finally spread my wings to fly and flew too far, I fear. To find my center and just be, I write; this is me:

OK, seriously.
Aside from being the principal of my blog, I’m a writer with a Master’s Degree in English/Technical and Professional Writing. I’ve spent more than a decade working on Web content development and usability for large corporations.
More than a decade! Ouch. Now you know I’m no spring chicken.

Just discovered your blog via Independent Fashion Bloggers and wow its def a new daily read! Love your style and honest approach to blogging. I am new to the blogging world and tried doing the fashion show posts and got no where and took me a while to realise that the personal approach works better. Your honest thoughts on things is really refreshing as quite a few blogs that I have hopped along jsut seem really fake and I am not into that. Loved your approach to work wardrobe, The G&G Office Wear Strategy, I am going to start dressing for the job I want rather than the one I currently have.
Got to say A Wedge and a Prayer was hilarious!! I did the same type of thing! I was on a night out in SUPER high ahrd to walk in heels and lasted the whole night BUT at the end of the night once I put on my flats after the club I then off balanced off the curb and twisted my ankle
Really am impressed with your layout and simple design of your blog, its easy to navigate and its design makes it easy to read as well

Okay, so ashamedly…I have JUST visited your blog for the first time. I am good friends with bloggers like Erika from style activist and Marissa from Taste & Style Files. And I hear them tweet and chat about your blog all the time. And I keep going YES! I have to get over there…but I am so bogged down with college (procrastinating my last final study-sess right now) and work (I am a freelancer) that I have not done so. And FINALLY I saw your tweet of your new post and was like, THE TIME IS NOW. And now I can’t leave your amazing blog, my dear! You have incredible style, and your posts are super-inspirational. I feel kind of like a blog stalker….I just stumbled upon your blog the a few days ago, and inbetween work and classes I managed to read through the entire archive. I think I’m in love
