Man, what a fabulous day today was. Two superduperamazing apps dropped that I have already personally tested and I’m in love.
The Feed by chloédigital and rewardStyle
Oh thank you Amber Venz. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The brainy beauty behind the mega successful rewardStyle site and program sent out a newsletter today introducing the Feed, a new plugin that transforms your blog into a gorgeous, totally usable mobile site. If you are a rewardStyle publisher, and like rewardStyle’s look, you will love seeing your blog transformed just as elegantly. And easily!
Not only does it make your blog look good on mobile phones, it merges Instagram posts, your rewardStyle product picks, and your blog post in one seriously sexy interface. Now THAT’S what I’m talking about.
Finally, after years of mediocre mobile site themes, we have a real solution. You might have noticed I stopped offering a mobile version of G&G a long time ago, because everything just looked so bad. Not anymore! I had my mobile site up and running within 20 minutes.
If you’re a digital publisher, you need this plugin!
Little Moments App by Fat Mum Slim
Chantelle Ellem, (founder of the Instagram #photoaday hashtag), has been working on her app for many months, and it’s finally here, and it’s fantastic. If you like participating in photo-a-day prompts on Instagram, the Little Moments app makes it ridiculously easy. And fun, with text and graphic overlays, and bright filters you can apply before you even take it over to Instagram.
you I never have to screen shot the monthly prompts or spend time adding the relevant hashtags. It’s all there!
The app is available in iTunes for $1.99 (AUD $2.49). Come on, don’t be a cheapskate! It’s worth every penny. You spent more than that on your coffee this morning.
You can read more about it on Chantelle’s blog: Little Moments App: Make your photos fancy & play Photo A Day super-easily
PS: I’m clearly excited. Six exclamation points in the post! And there’s one more for ya!
Have any of you tried these apps yet? If so, let me know what you think!
