Expat Adventures: Nan Tien Temple

I recently had the good fortune to visit the largest Buddhist temple in the southern hemisphere, Nan Tien Temple.  Nestled in the hills of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia, Nan Tien is an amazing traditional Buddhist temple that is open for tours, ceremonies, and prayer. It is a stunning, serene place…if you ever find yourself in Sydney, you must make a trip.

  1. Amazing, V! These pictures are so resplendent! Reminds me of the Buddhist Temple in Vancouver. I love their tea room! Reminds me of the vegan lunch at the Vancouver temple – and all the food is fresh grown on the temple land too. A lovely share! Smiles, Di
