Tracy Anderson Method

I recently read about Tracy Anderson, personal trainer to Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow, and was very intrigued by her regime, aka the Tracy Anderson Method.

Instead of regurgitating her philosophy and background, if you’re interested, read up on it when you have some time. While I won’t be taking all my weight training down to three-pound weights, I am experimenting with less weight and more reps, plus more dance/yoga-inspired, non-weight bearing techniques to lean out a bit. We’ll see what happens!
